Coil - pin welding and plug assembly

CSM Machinery has a long experience in coil preparation and is able to propose a number of solutions in pin-coil welding.

According to the required production rates, these devices feature coil-pin-plug assembly units with manual, semi-automatic or full-automatic function.

The fully automatic version is designed to be a high-speed production unit for assembling and welding pins and coils and offers fast insertion of plugs into the upper end of the elements.
The machine is best suited for high volumes batches and can optionally be equipped with units for deformation of terminal pins, coil stretching, electrical test and other operations.
